-Admin Scale
Need a more detailed direction that is easier to follow? That is what Admin Scales are for! An Admin Scale breaks down a big goal into small, confrontable and do-able pieces. Only an Admin Scale will bring full transparency and reality to your goals.

-Hat Write Ups

I will help by observing already existing positions, and interviewing the position holders. Once enough data is collected I will work with the position holder to put every responsibility and things to know into a Hat Folder. This is vital to avoid situations where you are promoting people and leave the new position holder without directions. Or when some one leaves the organization, and doesn’t leave proficient directives for the newcomer. 

Hat Write Ups generally include basic things to know about the position, its VFPs, its sub-product list, its terminals it works with and possibly checklists and check sheets. 


-Valuable Final Product and Sub Product List

It is vital for an organization to have a full sub product list, this is the sequence of steps and “mini products” that leads to the end product (the VFP, which is tradeable for money or support). 

The sub-product list is the list which is typically used to create the rest of the organization. 

Also, typically one would figure out his/her VFP and reverse engineer it to create the full sub product list.



Statistics are values assigned to certain dates, shown on the same paper to give a trend visualization of a position, organization, project or even activity.

Tracking statistics is important, but tracking the “right” type of statistics is most crucial. I will help figuring out the main statistics for each position in your organization and set them up for you.


Conditions are states of existence. In an organization conditions are used together with statistics. A statistic can tell you what state or condition an activity or area is in, and conditions give the right step by step method to improve the trend on a stat. Obviously the better the trends, the more survival and success it creates.

I will help you realize conditions and assign them to the right areas and lightly product officer the post holder to go through the appropriate condition steps.

-Check sheets & Checklists

Check sheets & checklists are great when you have a standard process for creating a result. This can be enrolling a new client, handling a complaint, dealing with an emergency, getting a new staff member established and so much more.

I can create usable, duplicatable lists for any process in your organization to achieve the same standard result each and every time. Kind of like a recipe. 

-Org Board

I am able to create 3 division organizations, as well as 7 division organizations or even 11 divisions. 

When a company expands, inevitably the divisions, departments, sections, units etc expand as well. It is vital for each staff member to orient themselves on the org board and locate important terminals for their hats. This all can be done easily with a well thought out org board.

-Communication System

In communications system we generally think of the 3 basket system. The “in” and “out” and “pending” baskets.

While digitally speaking its a bit harder to execute this, we can get pretty close with ticketing systems. 

-New Staff Onboarding

Need a general orientation? Why not create a course (with videos, readings and practical exercises). A course that teaches new staff members the organization, how does it work, what’s its story, what’s its purpose and the general lines. 

We can add as many things into these courses as you wish. 


When you find out the right or wrong way to do something, it is best practice to keep a note of it and write it down. This can become a directive/policy. Do something in a certain way. Or don’t do something to avoid potential danger and harm to the organization.
